No, each box works for one television.

Currently, you have to purchase a separate TiVo device at $179/each, which is absurd, in order to stream content from your DVR to these other devices on other TVs. However, there is a TiVo app that is "supposedly" being released in 2019 that you can install on a cheap Roku player (i.e. $50) that will connect to your DVR over your home wifi network that will then let you access all the content on your DVR. Try Googling the upcoming TiVo streaming app for more information.
