Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just replaced my TomTom VIA 1535 with the GO 52. The 1535 power cable enabled traffic data to the unit. Over time my cable crapped out but I was able to operate the unit with a generic charging cable, though I lost the ability to get traffic data. Eventually the unit wouldn't charge at all, hence the replacement.

When I bought my second GPS I tried a Garmin but took it back after three days. It worked ok, but I liked the Tom Tom better. It seems, to me, easier to use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.TomTom, doesn't seem to have that issue, however I did have an older TomTom and it was no longer upgradeable online, so I researched newer models and found the newer TomTom, it seems good.
