• No it would not fit as the width from leg to leg is 35”

• I had a similar issue for my mother who got a 32" TV with a 24" table stand. I bought (from another store) a universal TV mount stand that worked nicely. Only cost $25. Good Luck!

• I cut a piece of plywood wider than the feet by several inches which could be optionally painted black, sanded edges, maybe 3/8" thick or so. Works as a work around solution.as a shelf. extender
