• Hello Gerry, Thank you for your interest in the Toshiba 50C350KU. You are able to watch PBS passport content by logging in to the PBS Video app which can be downloaded from the Amazon app store. Unfortunately, the SPECTRUM app cannot be downloaded from the Amazon app store.
