• You can use it anywhere you have power to plug it in and an existing network to connect to. If you are asking if it will provide you with an internet connection where none exists, then the answer is no. This is just a router than connects to an existing internet connection/network through a cable or wi-fi and then shares that connection with other devices using wi-fi.
