“There is no settings for MU MIMO. My other TP Link AX 3000 ( a non pro version) has setting to turn on or off MU MIMO. Does this have MU MiMo , documentation doesn’t mention it.”

Yes, MU-MIMO is supported, and enabled by default on the Archer AX3000 Pro.
