• Hi! This TP-Link AX3000 Wi-Fi Extender can be set up using a PC (Windows or macOS) using a web browser, or a smartphone (iOS or Android) using the TP-Link Tether app. Windows is not required for setup.

• can be used for new versions of windows and the old mac os. for a new users like yourself i suggest hiring help setting up your range extender. Your opening comment tells me youre a novice when it comes to IT skills.
