It should be, if placed optimally. However, other factors may also contribute to Wi-Fi connectivity woes in an apartment environment apart from signal strength or coverage. Generally, prime contributors would be how densely congested neighboring Wi-Fi signals are, with each apartment unit broadcasting at least one Wi-Fi signal (or more if using multiple Mesh nodes), causing interference for other networks nearby.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Why would you need a mesh system if you don't want more than one unit? I would suggest you get a two unit XE75 Pro. Put one near your modem and one in the opposite end of your apt. You will have strong Wi-Fi throughout.
