“Can one phone get notification while the other phone doesn’t get notification”

• Yes. There are notification settings in camera setting, turn that on. Then for one phone, leave notifications on, to receive them. For the second phone, turn off notifications "on the phone" for the Kasa App. This will be somewhere in the phones notification settings.

• Yes, each phone's notification settings can be different. Each phone should have a Notifications section in its main options/settings interface.
