• Yes - I have a generator for power outages and it reconnects fine when power goes out, generator on, and again when power comes back and generator goes off.

• Yes it does. I have some for indoor too and a only used the last year for Christmas and this year i plug it and it keep the last settings.

• YES, it’s just like any Kasa plug unit! Once programmed and named it can even be moved from one location to another in your house so power outages don’t hurt them.
