Leaves it running. You would need to unplug it to turn it off.

It may begin performing it's regular schedule again when the WiFi signal returns, but sometimes it needs to be manually rebooted. If the WiFi signal is found in time before your stuff is scheduled to turn your stuff off, it will turn it off. Otherwise, you will need to manually turn off your stuff, or wait until it turns off you stuff at the next regularly scheduled time (twenty-four hours later).
