• Its not compatible with 5Ghz wifi. Only 2.4Ghz wifi. Many 5G wifi router transmit both 5GHz and 2.4Ghz signals. Check your router info.

• The Kasa Smart Plug Mini is designed for use with 2.4GHz WiFi. If your router supports 5GHz, it should also support 2.4GHz. Kasa smart plugs support Google Home/Assistant integration.
