Q: QuestionMy son plays games until 4 am , he is out of control. I bought one Honeywell LP550 E-Safe Electrical Plug Lockout plastic box , but my son can take the plug out by twisting the box. Does this one work? I need sth that he can't figure out how to take it
Asked by Sdjm1966.
- A:Answer This plug will not solve your problem. My advice, take the power adapter for the gaming unit away at night.

Q: QuestionIf I buy 2 Eco Alexa and want to use one in the living room and one in a bedroom, do I need to use these plugs in the bedroom and living room? Or just use one in the bedroom?
Asked by JudyMac.
- A:Answer I'm assuming your buying 2 amazon echo dot's (alexa is the voice control/automation interface in the echo dot's) Basically you will plug the Echo Dot's into a standard outlet anywhere you wish so as long as the area has wifi. You will want the Echo Dots powered on at all times so they can respond to your voice commands. The Kasa plugs can be used anywhere in your home you have wifi. The Kasa plugs get their commands via wifi and do not have to be in the same room as the Echo Dot's. Once the Echo Dot's are setup and running properly using the Alexa app on you phone or tablet, you can proceed to setup the Kasa smart plugs. You will need to install the Kasa app on your phone or tablet and follow installation steps to connect the wifi plugs to your home wifi and then link them to the Amazon Echo dot/Alexa automation system. It's not too difficult at all. Good Luck.
