• I found the solution. The router needs to have 2 bandwidth. So to configure it, it needs to be set up with the phone running in the 2.4 mhz. After that the phone can return to 5 mhz

• Unfortunately, Risu is incorrect. If you look at the product specifications it clearly states that in 2.4ghz WiFi is supported. 5ghz is not.

• If you have other devices using 5g, don't connect it to 5g. But yes it does work with 5g
