• Yes, the switch state appears to be maintained after a power cycle (i.e. if on before stays on after, and vice versa). Tested by leaving the module unplugged for 5 minutes before reconnecting (results might be different with a longer power outage or loss of internet/WiFi connection).

• I've blown circuit breakers a couple of times and when power is restored the plug has put itself ON.
