• I found I had to have VLC media player installed. Once installed, I could hear audio. Yay!

• I always had audio regardless if I’m watching it live or through a recording.

• Please ensure your laptop's sound is enabled and at an appropriate volume, and the video player you are using also has its sound enabled and turned up enough.
