The camera is very light weight. Inside the package is a stick-on template for drilling holes for use with the 2 included screws and 2 included sheetrock anchors, which will then hook into the camera's base and then you can aim the camera. For me, I am using the Scotch "Extremely Strong" double sided tape and it's holding up my cameras just fine. I currently have 10 of these, with 6 being installed. 4 of those are installed on the ceiling using the double sided tape, and the other two are on walls. The other 4 will be mounted on ceilings. I also have 4 more incoming and I know at least 2 will be wall mounted. I would recommend getting some sort of raceway conduit to keep the cable neat and secure, and turn off the "in use" indicator LED using the KASA application on your iOS or Android smart device. I would recommend a MINIMUM of a 32-GB MicroSD card. Also, a neat feature is you can have 2-way communication, as the camera has an on-board microphone and speaker so you can talk to him, although you might not want to "blow your cover".
