First, I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the Kasa app on, whatever device you are using, and see if that has any effect. If not, try loading the SD card on another device (PC) and see if the clips playback properly on it. If they are still not working, you could try formatting the SD card, which will permanently erase all the clips on the card, and try starting over. If this fixes it and the issues occurs again down the road, you may want to look at another SD card.
