No, unfortunately. Almost all consumer grade lighting in the US is 110v. The only thing we use 220-240v for is the oven/range and clothes dryer. I looked at TP Link's site the only lighting products they sell which would support 220v would be a few smart bulbs. You could look into a Sonoff or Shelly Dimmer module and then I corporate a Philip's Hue wireless dimmer. Or, of course, shop specifically for a 220v dimmer...I was primarily only able to find knob style dimmers and a few off brand "smart" dimmers on Amazon's UK site. So unfortunately I think the options are limited for the 30+ countries which use higher voltage home wiring. Best of luck!
