No. The switch will control the entire chain of lights together. It cannot address individual bulbs. It is also not advisable to use this switch with smart bulbs such as Phillips hue or Google bulbs, as those bulbs all need constant full power.

This isn't possible. The switch regulates the current equally to all bulbs on the same circuit.

NO. IT CONTROLS THE ENTIRE CIRCUIT AND ALL LIGHTS WOULD BE CONTROLLED THE SAME.
