Hi Technogeek0001, The fingerprints and pin codes are stored locally on TP-Link door lock and are not uploaded to the cloud. The cloud server only stores device logs, which include the time and details of each operation performed by the door lock, such as when and which user opened the door. All saved information is kept strictly confidential. The number of fingerprints that can be stored is up to 100. You can create 32 members to add fingerprints.
