• A:Answer Hi JLP, Yes, once set up, you have the option to toggle the Doorbell function On or Off via the Tapo app. Simply select the DL110 from the device menu in the Tapo app, then tap "Doorbell", and toggle the "Built-in Doorbell" status to suit your preference.

Q: QuestionAre registered fingerprints stored on the lock itself, or in the cloud?

• A:Answer Hi Technogeek0001, The fingerprints and pin codes are stored locally on TP-Link door lock and are not uploaded to the cloud. The cloud server only stores device logs, which include the time and details of each operation performed by the door lock, such as when and which user opened the door. All saved information is kept strictly confidential. The number of fingerprints that can be stored is up to 100. You can create 32 members to add fingerprints.

• A:Answer Hi Joe, Thanks for the question. Yes the key does go into a sleep mode when not in use. This helps converse the battery of the product. When active the keypad is bright and fully visible in the dark.

Q: QuestionIs there a way the blind can use the keypad? Anything with a screen without physical buttons needs to have the ability for people without sight to be able to use them. There are several ways to do this, but most designers don't take it into consideration.
