“Can the camera be setup to only record to the SD card when wifi is unavailable and then auto-upload to the cloud when wifi comes back up? Or can it be setup to store locally and upload on a set time interval?”

Hi Carlos, The Tapo Outdoor Battery-Powered Cameras with Solar Panels support activity-based recordings, either locally to a Micro SD card (not included), or to the Cloud via a Tapo Care Plan subscription. You can set a Recording Schedule in the Tapo app for each storage option, giving you an additional layer of control over when the camera will record. However, video recorded to the SD card will not be uploaded to the cloud. If you have a Tapo Care subscription, and a Micro SD card for local recording, the camera will store clips using both methods simultaneously.
