• Yes, I use it with Home Assistant and blocked plug internet access via firewall completely, works as expected.

• Hi AndyP, Via Matter, "LAN only" operation may be achievable. However, we generally recommend against using the plug in this manner as it will no longer be able to receive firmware updates, which bring new features and overall enhancements to the Matter experience with the device.
