Cameras refuse to connect to my internet. Security is set to wpa-2 personal. I've looked through the community forum and watched youtube videos. Nothing works. Suggestions? null

If your cameras are within range of your router's Wi-Fi signal, and the password is correctly entered, yet you still receive this message, please ensure your smartphone is not connected to a VPN during setup, as this will interfere with the network connection step.

Move closer to your router.  Not sure why it makes a difference, but it apparantly does.
