“The battery came charged to 47 %. I plug the camera in the charger it came with. The red lite flashes 3 times indicating is charging but the percent never changes. I have reset the camera with no success . I have also tried other chargers and cables .”

Mine all charged okay, but it does take like 6 to 7 hours each. Also I powered off the device before charging.
