• The short answer... No, you can't... I literally just got off the phone after spending an intolerably long time speaking with Tracfone customer service. When I ordered the phone (from Tracfone) they assured me it would work with either network. The phone would not activate. Why? you ask... Tracfone Customer Service explained that the phone was only compatible with Verizon (CDMA) towers and would not work in my area. Seriously..?
