• Hi. This is Cristy from TracFone Wireless. Yes. As per our updates, all TracFone customers who will do an upgrade will have the Triple Minute benefit as a promotion for upgrading to a new handset. The Triple Minute benefit will be transferred to the new phone.

• I bought the Apple for my mother. She also had triple minutes on an old device, her old minutes and the triple deal transferred, I don’t know if that is always true or she was just lucky
