Twice I tried to buy this phone at different Target stores...Each time the selling Techs at the stores could not sell the phone due to activation issues...Bummer, wasted much time and travel for this phone...I may give it one more try as it looks like Best Buy will stock up on Nov 11....Hopefully Apple has supplied proper activation codes to Best Buy...
