Will this allow me to activate an already activated TFone that has no SIM? I want to transfer my current TFone number to a "new" phone whose IEMI is now registered to an unknown Total Wireless number. The TFone website or CSR wouldn't do it.for me. null

I think you need to check the carrier compatibility with the phone. Call the carrier - give them the IEM number and they should be able to tell you if that phone is compatible.
