“I'm using abyop TF kit. I chose the T- Mobile cards in my new BLU V5 phone. Yet know matter what safelink personnel I speak with, know one can get both cards to work properly. I need to use two cards to get all 32 gb of memory. But only one functions.”

All three cards have the same serial number. You are only to use one card. The sim card identifies you and your account. The sim has no impact on memory.
