- Answer I also have a hearing problem and I wear hearing aids. This phone does have a two-button volume control, a speaker phone switch, and TTY capability. I just purchased this phone recently so I don't have a lot of experience with it yet, but I can hear better with this phone than I could with my previous phone. I hope this information is helpful.
