A:AnswerIn my opinion there's no such thing as an unlocked phone any phone you buy from a specific carrier is going to have hardware and software and of course bloatware let's not forget that that sends you ads to that company and it will always have that if you monitor your data Network and you will see that there is AD bull clogging up your Network and using up your resources there's no such thing as a unlocked phone because there's no carriers that provide a non full of ads experience. It's a waste of money no matter which one you go with with red pocket you have to spend three to five hundred dollars on the phone to enjoy supposedly years of $60 service a year or a hundred if you want 1 GB of data but I'm sure that the SIM card expires or something and it's going to cost a couple extra hundred dollars you didn't look at enough ads that we sent you and you didn't click on them or buy none of our garbage that we wanted you to buy so we'll just spy on you and sell you as a joke as you are frustrated with all the stuff you don't understand but you need the communication device to connect with your family and for safety to protect your life you're very life you must pass money so we'll take full advantage of that and hurt you as much as we can and take as much of your money as we can get your dumb self to give us

If you buy this Tracfone it will connect to Tracfone affilliate carriers in its locked state. After 1 year of paid service you can request free unlock code and activate with any GSM network. I believe AT&T is CDMA? I could be mistaken...Check it out.
