Q: Can I change out the sim card?
A: Ummm..... The first thing I did to my A03s was use the provided key (super thin metal tool that comes in the box) and OPEN THE SIM/SD CARD SLOT on the side of the phone and exchanged the provided SIM for my Safelink Lifeline SIM card. Without doing anything else, the Ao3s immediately worked exactly as did my previous phone. YES the SIM will remove from this device. Customer support guy.......Do your research before putting your foot in your mouth...AGAIN.
