I personally found the best way is to either talk to someone in TracFone chat through their website or call them from a different phone (not the phone you are wanting to transfer from). Write down the current minutes, texts and data amounts you have remaining on your account as well as your end of service date. Once in a blue moon the system might have an issue when transferring but TracFone has always made the necessary corrections for me.
