• It is sent once or twice to the email you have linked with your Best Buy account, however it has a period to be used otherwise it will vanish

• Go to your search engine at the top of your email and type in Trend Micro Security and all the emails should come up. They send you repeated emails if you didnt install the software so it shouldnt be hard to get. I had to do the same thing.

• You can download on the product website as in TrendMicro. Under digital content in your Best Buy account it should have your serial number for activation.
