• No chat dial. You adjust from the Xbox. Don't know about the amp, sorry.

• These ear buds have a single master volume dial. There would be no way to adjust game and chat audio independently of one another via these ear buds. As we have multiple amps available, you'd want to reach out to our Support Team with your inquiry regarding compatibility with your amp.
