Did you try the tiny reset button on the actual usb? I had a similar issue, but once I did that, it then connected automatically.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You did turn up the right volume knob on the device, right? There are 2 of them. 1 for game volume and 1 for chat volume
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. From what I am reading, I am guessing that you followed the settings part of the set-up but did not connect the digital cable. For some reason these phones don't seem to be true plug & play Blu-tooth like Sony, etc. The Optical cables seem like an alternate hook-up, but I think they are necessary.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you have to set it to digital optical output.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are separate volume dials for chat and game volume. I have accidentally set the chat volume all the way down in the past. This may be the issue you are experiencing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Disconnect everything and reconnect again according to directions. After that, got the PS4 Settings>Devices>Audio Devices and check that input and output is set to your turtle beaches. Also, check the mic level while you are in that menu.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure but you might check to see if the headset is equipped with a mute function. If so this could be where your problem lies. If not your headset may be defective. Get a refund and buy the Sony Gold headset. These work perfectly for my son and have a surround sound companion app that's great!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You probably have the chat button low an game audio high these are located on the side of the headphone
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to reset the set all over again. I had it connected to a PS3 before connecting it to a PS4. When I tried to connect it to the PS4 I had to reset the receiver to be able to use it with the PS4. All you have to do is to connect the receiver on the console that you are going to use it with. Then you take a paper clip and insert it on the little hole that the receiver has on one of the sides. Then you turn on your head set and you should be able to get connected to the console. It should help you to get the sound and be able to talk and to be heard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
