power is not comming on this is the third time this has happened. When I remove headset from charging dock and push the power button, it does not come on. I press the Bluetooth button and the led indicator is on but that is it. In the past I just left it and it would work but now its been two days and the power is not coming on. What do I do????

I hope this answer helps. Your volume may be down so low that you can't hear anything. Give that a try.
Another option is to register your product on Turtle Beach website. When I did, I got an 800 number, Elite Concierge, that could assist me with issues if I had any.

Make sure cables are connected: USB & Optic
Make sure the console is on
Then try holding down the power button instead.

Have you tried holding the power button down? When I turn mine on I have to hold the power button down for a few seconds.

I get this too sometimes. What you have to do is unplug the Xbox from the wall for a full realtime 2 minutes. Then plug back in and turn the Xbox back on.
