Right click the speaker icon in the bottom right hand corner, then click open volume mixer. This will display the volume format for each individual program. -Thanks Joe

There is a Turtle Beach application you install and can configure different presets and configure the headset. There is a phone app that can connect via Bluetooth that also lets you adjust settings and is a good companion though usually during heavy gaming you won't fiddle with it too much. Likely you'll set it up and not have a lot of need to reconnect.
