I've ran into the same issue. I've called multiple stores (all over the state) and even the main online headquarters in an attempt to get an answer. All I can derive from my calls is that they have yet to even get any of these in stock. Most of the in store locations I was at / called weren't even able to look this product up therefore it hasn't even been put into their systems yet and the online office simply said it was out of stock even though this is a brand new product. This is a prime example of either Turtle Beach not getting the product to Best Buy or Best Buy not doing their jobs to get new products to its consumers.

Please try again later.Most gamers just go for quality they feel is good enough so higher quality headsets don't get ordered that often at stores so they don't have many shipments with them sent to stores, so you have 2 choices order them to your house directly or when going to a store ask them which stores have them available for pick up and buy them at the store your currently at and they'll keep the item on hold for you then you just go pick it up from the other store with your receipt
