Its not aimbot lol but depends on the person using it how good they are with aim. From personal experience aim maps help not just the controller. But the controller when it works give decent feedback.

The Recon Controller is officially licensed for Xbox and will not allow you to do this.

What you're describing is along the lines of an "Aimbot" and would get you banned from online play in most games.
