Are there demo models of stealth 600 cause my headset has all the buttons,and charging port for wireless play but is hard wired with a 3.5 mm jack so all it will let u do is use them as wired not wireless. null

If I had to guess it’s probably the 200 series cause those are wired. The 600 Gen 2 is wireless. Hope you get this figured out

This sounds like a demo model from one of our display units, and those display units should not be available for purchase in any way, shape, or form.

You will want to go back to the original store you purchased this from and explain that they provided you with a display model. They should be able to get this cleared up for you.
