“Hello, So I recently purchased the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Headset for Xbox One. I followed the directions to set them up. However, I can't seem to be getting sound. I mute my TV and the sound comes through my headset. but not when it is not muted”

In your xbox settings or game settings you have your headset as the default speaker. You have options like headset only, headset and TV, TV only. Good luck.
