• It just depends if you are a total tech support member and you bought the tv from there .. now I had other tvs older ones they came right away.. but it is alot cheaper to have them do it if you are a total support tech member they are safe and do a very good job they came with like in 3 days and put all them on the wall for us then they program them all to the remotes and what ever you need hooked up to your Hdmi
