Today Alex M at the Princeton Geek Squad office was simply first class. Polite, friendly, cheerful and very efficient. He cleaned up the Virus on one of my Laptops and got my second Laptop back working again. Very efficient and a real pleasure being served by him. Richard Moody 609 819 1359

Victor was the first tech that I worked with This month when I brought in my Lap top for debugging and general tune up. Super knowledge, extreme friendly personality with the attitude of helpfulness. Really cares, We, my wife and I, asked questions about our cell phones and he helped enthusiastically and quickly, The 2nd is Silas C, same location, matched the highest marks Victor had with identical enthusiasm, friendliness, knowledge and attitude of caring. Not just a number Kudos for the entire team. Best Buy should be proud of these 2 geek techs. we will purchase our new Android phones this July because of their service . Made us feel special and like family. Definitely can recommend Geek squad to all our friends and family,

In my opinion, and I hope your management team takes note, you are truly a present and future asset to the Company. Shreyashi Mondi was very effective ... Shreyashi was willing and demonstrated going the "Extra Mile." Shreyash consistently demonstrated confidence throughout the process in resolving both my technical issue and my personal concerns. When you need a model for building trust with the customer and effectively resolving both technical and personal concerns, in my opinion, Shreyash Mondi is that person... (I hope I spelled the name correctly... if not, I am sure I got the character right for this person.)

Technician Bob reached out to me and took care of them. After I received them and checked them out, I was amazed to see them working even better than before. Bob is the number one technician of the Sterling, Virginia, Geek Squad office, simply first class. Polite, friendly, and very efficient. It was an absolute pleasure being served by him. Reza Hojjat.

I can honestly say that the 2 technitions who helped me were absolutely the most professional, knowlegable, helpful and kind service techs I have ever had help. There names were Spencer and Steven. Hats off to Best Buy for hiring people like these two.

My washer is broken that I haven’t even purchased that long ago. Bad enough I had to wait for them to order the mother board and for it to ship from Kentucky and a week for him to finally be able to come out again SMH. I have kids in school and this is a really big inconvenience now I have to wait until December 3rd for someone to come out so now I have to spend money to go to the laundry mat! I think dude did that because it was the end of his shift! Why not knock on the door. Then I called customer service to speak to a manager and there wasn’t one available! How crazy is that?!?! You have people coming to people house and there’s no way to talk to a manager or supervisor!

He can fix any issues by all means .He makes your day by fixing your issues no matter whether its a computer or a phone etc. I'm very grateful have to have Chris in need. Anthony, and Tiger were extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind when working with us to resolve a computer issue. They went above and beyond in their attempts to fix it. I would highly recommend their services. If any other questions or problems arise I will not hesitate to go back.
