A:AnswerNope. You’ll need to have an electrician do that before you hang the tv. Or, get a bigger Mount that pulls out from the wall enough to accommodate the plugs behind the tv.
A:AnswerHi there. Thank you for your question. The wall mount is currently not included in the service as there are several options to choose from. We'd be happy to assist in finding the best one for your set up. To get started, you can either reach out to your local Best Buy store or contact us at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778.
A:AnswerHi there! Thank you for your great question! The two most popular options we do for covering your power cords are either a cord cover kit where the cables run through a plastic channel from the power strip to the back of the TV. Overall looks pretty nice, especially if you paint that to the color of your wall. The other option is actually having us wire the cables through the back of the wall. We can talk about what options are available to you if you'd like. Most of our agents do carry a cord cover kit in their van but ideally, we'd want to plan it out ahead of time. To get started, you can either reach out to your local Best Buy store or contact us at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778.
A:AnswerHi Katie. Thanks for reaching out to us about this. That should be just fine but we'd like to be sure. If you could, please call us at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778 just to double check.
A:AnswerThis is the kind of work they did at my house. I also purchased the premium TV mount package. I'm still waiting to see if there are going to replace these items....Good luck!!

A:AnswerIt may sting to pay the geek squad to come out just to swap your old TV with the new but highly worth it since it's a new product they will set it up with whatever you use such as cable boxes or dish and they will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your new TV or home theater system
A:AnswerI can only answer one part of your question. Yes you have to buy the kit, as I recall you find recommendations below the unit on the web.
If not I am sure the online help can recommend units that will work for your choice of tv.
A:AnswerThere is a limited-time workmanship guarantee on your installation. Our Agents and vendor partners are licensed, bonded, and insured. To get in touch to discuss this further, please call (800) 433-5778.
A:AnswerIt would be more practical to hang a picture over the box. That way if you needed to access the electrical box it would be easy to remove from the wall.
A:AnswerWe do offer service on products no matter where you bought them. Please give us a call at (800) GEEKSQUAD or (800) 433-5778 and we can get that set up for you.
A:AnswerAs long as you have studs in the wall, the geeks will be able to mount anything safely and securely and not damage the walls whatsoever. They really know what they're doing!
A:AnswerI doubt the installers that came to my house could find their rear ends with both hands. They didn't run my Bose system cables inside the wall there were right in front of them.
