Q: QuestionI bought the LG 77" OLED77GXPUA flush mount with the premium installation. Does the service include recessing my existing electrical outlet/cable jack that is currently behind my old existing TV so the new TV sits flush?

• A:Answer Nope. You’ll need to have an electrician do that before you hang the tv. Or, get a bigger Mount that pulls out from the wall enough to accommodate the plugs behind the tv.

Q: QuestionWhat do I need to purchase to hide the power cord for my TV mount installation by the geek squad? I see the term used " wall power extender", is that just a basic extension cord? Does the squad carry extra for customer to purchase? Thank you.

The two most popular options we do for covering your power cords are either a cord cover kit where the cables run through a plastic channel from the power strip to the back of the TV. Overall looks pretty nice, especially if you paint that to the color of your wall. The other option is actually having us wire the cables through the back of the wall. We can talk about what options are available to you if you'd like. Most of our agents do carry a cord cover kit in their van but ideally, we'd want to plan it out ahead of time. Q: QuestionI am replacing a 65” tv mounted above a fireplace with a newer 4k 65” tv since im using the same mount and honestly wouldnt expect any drilling needed is the basic ok id hate to have to pay for a premium just to swap tv’s.
