A:Answer Make sure base is turned on and right side up...the model numbers should be on bottom of base not top. Also, after reading it seems some phone cases can block the charging. Verify by taking off case and placing on charger.
Mine seems to work with my heavy case though. Also, move the phone around to see the light change to charging light.
I am satisfied with my both my charging units.
