“How do I get it to charge my phone I can turn it on and everything else but put my phone on it and don't do nothing”

Make sure base is turned on and right side up...the model numbers should be on bottom of base not top. Also, after reading it seems some phone cases can block the charging. Verify by taking off case and placing on charger. Mine seems to work with my heavy case though. Also, move the phone around to see the light change to charging light. I am satisfied with my both my charging units. Hope this has helped.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your phone has to support wireless charging, and make sure your phone case isn’t too thick. Mine charges through my case, but it’s a pretty thin case.
